This guided session works on activating the 7 main chakras or the “energetic portals”. These chakras exist to stimulate the physical body and help aid and develop our self-consciousness. It is important to keep Chakras open to flowing energy as a blockage in a chakra can result to illness. This invisible energy flowing through our Chakras is called Prana, which is what keeps us vibrant, healthy, and alive.  The swirling energy flowing through each Chakra harmonizes with nerve centers within our bodies. This flow of energy helps benefit our bodies psychologically, spiritually, and emotionally.

Please find a quiet space away from any outside distractions and wear warm loose fitting clothing. This meditation is about 15 minutes and easy to follow along, no special skills needed! Enjoy the journey, and I hope you come back for the MIND and SOUL meditation series!
